Can you use this duo with retinol?

Yes, you can pair this duo with retinol. To safely layer with retinol, let Discoloration Defense serum fully dry on the skin before applying your favorite retinol product.

Can you use the Duo for Skin Discoloration with the C E Ferulic serum?

No, we would not recommend using the Discoloration Duo with C E Ferulic®. The duo includes a Vitamin C serum, and you only need to use one at a time.

What causes skin discoloration?

Skin discoloration can result from sun exposure, hormonal changes, skin conditions like melasma or vitiligo, infections, injuries, etc.

Is the Duo for Skin Discoloration safe for the eye area?

The Duo for Skin Discoloration has not been tested for use around the eyes.

Q1: How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

If preferred, Oh Beauty can provide a return label for $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

Q3: What is the exchange window and policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Items that have had more than 50% used are not eligible for exchange.

Price differences will be handled by refunding or charging accordingly.

For quicker processing, it’s recommended to return the initial product first and then place a new order for the replacement.

Unopened items receive a full refund.
