How Long Does Shipping Take?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Continental US shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order After Purchase?
We typically process orders within 24 hours of the time they are placed, so usually, we cannot edit/cancel orders, but please email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Sorry, at this point we only ship to addresses in the United States.
Why Isn't My Tracking Number Showing Movement?
My Order Arrived Damaged, Or Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the entire order or an item is defective or damaged at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you received the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible so we can exchange it for the correct item.
Returns & Exchanges
What Is Your Return Policy?
We are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the product has been unopened and unused, you will receive a full refund, minus the shipping fee. If the product has been opened and used, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We reserve the right to deny returns with more than 50% of the product used, or missing some part(s) of the item or packaging.

Original shipping or delivery charges, if any, are not refundable, unless your order or items were damaged/defective.
Items marked as final sale, or purchased with a gift card, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How Do I Begin The Return Process?
Please email our Customer Services Team at email@example.com with your order number, contact information, and reason for return or exchange.
Do I Have To Pay For Return Shipping?
Yes, you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping us back your order, unless your order was damaged or the item(s) was defective.
If you prefer, we would be happy to provide a return label for you for $7.99 (deducted from your final refund).
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
We have a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Please note that items with more than 50% of the product used will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
If the product you are exchanging costs more than your original product, we will refund the balance to your original method of payment. If the product you are exchanging costs less, we will charge you for the additional cost.
For faster service, we recommend returning the initial product, and once that return has been processed, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in. Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

We’ll be in touch within 1 - 3 business days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement, or exchange details. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods like the holidays, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for processing.
How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Devices & Purelift Return Policy
How Do I Return My Beauty Device?
We are happy to offer returns on all beauty devices within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the device has been unopened and unused, you will receive a full refund. If the device has been opened and used, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase.
How Do I Return My Purelift Device?
Purelift Face and Purelift Pro returns must be requested via email within (14) days of receiving your purchase. After (14) days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
If the device has been unopened and unused, you will receive a full refund. If the device has been opened and used, a restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase:
Purelift Face Return Fee: $85
Purelift Pro Return Fee: $125
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging, with the charging cable and instructions.
