Start with a clean eyelid and primer. Apply a thin layer of Anna Sui mascara base and let it dry. Apply your mascara from the roots, wiggling the brush upwards. Use an eyelash comb to separate lashes and avoid clumping. Remove everything gently with makeup remover or micellar water.
