How to Use Hydrating B5 Mask

Prep + Dispense

Apply a thin layer of Hydrating B5 Mask to a clean face in the evening after cleansing, avoiding the eye and lip area.

Apply + Complete

Allow mask to penetrate skin for 10-15 minutes and then gently massage any remaining product into face. Hydrating B5 Mask can also be used on other dry areas such as the neck, chest, hands, knees, elbows and feet.

Q2: Who pays for return shipping?

You’re responsible for return shipping costs—unless the item was damaged or defective.

If preferred, Oh Beauty can provide a return label for $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

Q3: What is the exchange window and policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Items that have had more than 50% used are not eligible for exchange.

Price differences will be handled by refunding or charging accordingly.

For quicker processing, it’s recommended to return the initial product first and then place a new order for the replacement.

Q4: What about devices (beauty devices)?

Beauty devices can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If unopened and unused, you get a full refund; if opened or used, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Purelift Face and Purelift Pro returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Unopened items receive a full refund.

Opened items incur a restocking fee: $99 for Purelift Face, $125 for Purelift Pro.

Items must be in original condition, with packaging, charging cables, and instructions included.

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
