-Take 1 Lambdapil Hair Density Capsule with breakfast (or a meal).
-Apply Lambdapil Hair Density Lotion to dry or towel-dried scalp, focusing on areas with thinning hair. Massage gently until absorbed.
- Use Lambdapil Hair Density Shampoo whenever you wash your hair (daily or every few days).
- Wet hair, lather into scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly.
- Follow with conditioner if you normally use one.
