Yes, you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping us back your order, unless your order was damaged or the item(s) was defective.
If you prefer, we would be happy to provide a return label for you for $10.99 (deducted from your final refund).
We have a 14-day exchange policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Please note that items with more than 50% of the product used will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
If the product you are exchanging costs more than your original product, we will refund the balance to your original method of payment. If the product you are exchanging costs less, we will charge you for the additional cost.
For faster service, we recommend returning the initial product, and once that return has been processed, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in. Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods like the holidays, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for processing.
