Refund policy

PureLift devices (Face, Pro, Pro Edition, Glow) come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects, typically excluding the battery. The warranty applies to personal, daily use and requires product registration on the PureLift Lab website.

Coverage: 12 months for defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions: Batteries are usually excluded from the warranty coverage.
Registration: Products should be registered on the PureLift Lab website to activate the warranty.

Returns: A 30-day return policy is available for unused/unopened products, but not for used items. 

*Please note that all returns are shipped at the customer's risk and expense. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned packages are properly packaged, shipped, and delivered to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

If a return package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or otherwise not received by our warehouse, we are unable to process a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds can only be issued for returned items that are successfully delivered to and received by our facility.
