How Do I Return Or Exchange My Order ?
We're happy to exchange or return an item or order that wasn't the best fit for your beauty needs. To get started, log in or create an account with the email used to place your order. Then, select the order you'd like to exchange or return. You'll find your order number in your Oh Beauty Order Confirmation email or Packing Slip.

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We accept new, unopened, unused products in their original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days of the arrival date. For any opened or used products, we accept exchanges or returns minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping or delivery charges, if any, are not refundable. Oh Beauty reserves the right to deny any returns with less than 50% of the product and without original items or packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened beauty devices unless they are defective or damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any orders placed with a gift card.
You will be responsible to mail us back your order through an appropriate shipping carrier.
Please Note: Shipping costs will only be refunded when items are returned due to damage or malfunction.

We typically process orders within 24 hours of the time they are placed, so usually, we cannot edit/cancel orders, but please email us email@example.com we'll do our best to make it happen!
We usually ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Continental US shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped internationally take 7-14 business days to arrive.

Yes, we do! Before completing any international orders, please understand your country’s policy on the importing of skin care products and cosmetics. Many nations strictly regulate these transactions and could refuse to deliver your package.
All international orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. The delivery address must be a physical address and provided in English.
If for some reason your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, refused or other, you will be charged a $30 fee. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
Oh Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. Please research these fees and taxes prior to placing your order as they can be quite costly.
Please note that if an international package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, it will be abandoned at customs and there will be no reimbursement for the product or the shipping fee.
Unless otherwise noted, any and all electrical device warranties are void if the device is used outside of the United States. We cannot be responsible for issues related to international voltage use.
The following brand is not eligible for international shipping due to manufacturer restrictions: Lightstim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order or item is defective or damaged email@example.com, or click the Get Started link above. If you received the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible so we can exchange it for the correct item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
